Our team came up with an innovative solution for helping with the pothole problem in our community: Pothole Patrol. Pothole Patrol is a marketing firm that will work with the various municipalities (cities, counties, states) that maintain roads to create a community program where potholes can be reported before they are large and costly to repair.
The community will want to be involved. When people drive over potholes, they want to let someone know where it is to come and fix it. Plus, it costs an average of $447 per year in extra repairs, tire wear, and shortened automobile lifetime. The community will want to participate in Pothole Patrol!
The community can report potholes to your Pothole Patrol using:
-
Phone
-
Text Messaging
-
Internet
Pothole Patrol would be advertised to the public using:
-
TV
-
Radio
-
Billboards
-
Gas pump signs
-
Notices in tax bills
